Pornography literally defined:

From the Greek porne, which meant "bought", in reference to a slave or prostitute, and graphein, meaning "to write".  In essence, it means "writing of prostitutes".

If there is no sexual activity (graphic or suggested), it's not pornography.

I'm not going to get into the nitty-gritty of social taboos, but folks -- SERIOUSLY -- my work is not meant to be viewed as pornography.  What you do in private is your own business, but please keep it private.

Nice. But there will always be some religious nut who will call a toenail Pornographic.

It's interesting that the definition you present doesn't also include paintings. We know the Greeks definitely had Pornographic paintings. Odd that they limited it to only writings.
